Hans Sleeuwenhoek: Chief Executive Officer
After completing his studies in Business Administration, Hans worked until 1994 for Wegener Direct Marketing Group. In 1994 he became Chief Executive Officer of Tactyl Technologies, a manufacturing company of healthcare products in Vista, California. After selling this company in 1997 he became Managing Director and Vice President of Safeskin Corporation, a Nasdaq company, producing healthcare products. At Safeskin he was responsible for all international markets. After selling Safeskin Corporation to Kimberly Clark Hans returned to the Netherlands and became CEO and owner of the Bell Sell Group. In December 2006 he successfully sold his group of companies. |

Jos Naafs: Chief Financial Officer
After 16 years of experience as a Dutch tax collector, Jos started his own trust company, offering several administrating, accounting and fiscal services. Jos was CFO of the Bell Sell group until it was sold in December 2006. In addition Jos became a very successful, experienced and active player in the real estate market managing an extensive portfolio. |

Jeff Grant: Executive Vice President - USA
Jeff has over 20 years of high technology manufacturing experience. He has a broad-based knowledge in all phases of the product development cycle with specific emphasis on research and development, engineering, quality assurance, high volume manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and business development. During his career he has held key roles in successful start-ups, turn-a-rounds and high growth companies including a multiple year position in Asia as the Director of the Surgical Business Unit for a multibillion dollar US firm. Jeff’s career has included positions with Kimberly-Clark Corporation, SafeSkin Corporation (purchased by Kimberly-Clark), Phoenix Research (purchased by Union Carbide), Dural USA (purchased by Alcan, Inc.), amongst others. He currently holds the position of President for a specialty coating and medical device company, Molecular Metallurgy, Inc.

Wim Balkenende: Manager
Consultancy
Wim has 24 years of experience as a manager/ entrepreneur at various companies and franchise organizations. Because of his broad experience, Wim is the sparring partner for management and entrepreneurs at every level. He advises companies on acquisitions, reorganisations and sales, but also knows better than anyone how to turn a company that is in severe weather into success. Wim has two children and three grandchildren and enjoys mountain biking, marathon running and sun holidays like no other.

Ted Roth: Chief Investment Officer - USA
Ted has long term experience working for several private equity companies. Currently he is still managing Totem Investment Partners (which was acquired by GreyRoad Ventures in 2010) participation in an 300.000.000 investment fund. Ted resides in 50% of his time in California and the other half in Mexico City. Ted had 5 children.

Linda Housand: Chief Financial Officer - USA
Linda is an extremely competent CPA with extended experience in the field of Financial Management at predominantly fortune 500, mid-cap and small-cap biotech, medical supply and software companies. She has served many companies in the capacities of Corporate Controller, Chief Financial Officer and Manager of Financial Controls and Compliance for more than twenty years. Linda is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International. During the late nineties she worked as C.F.O at Tactyl Technologies, a medical supply company in San Diego where Hans Sleeuwenhoek, current owner of the Coating Service Group and Totem Investment Partners LLC, (GreyRoad Capital LLC) worked as C.E.O. Linda joined the Coating Services Group, LLC as its Chief Financial Officer in early 2011. In that capacity she also acts as C.F.O for all GreyRoad's US based business. Linda's hobbies are traveling, reading and designing her own jewelry.

Stan is an absolut authority in the area of internet security and SSL certifacates. Stan was born in Tjechie, currently resides in the Netherlands and frequently travels the world to give lectures and presentations. He is married and enjoys car racing and flying small airplanes.

Mirjam de Groof: Member Advisory Board New Media & Direct Marketing
Mirjam's background is in creative sales and marketing. After studying Industrial Design and Fine Arts she switched to marketing and sales. After a successful marketing and sales career with companies like O.P.I. and Lavans, she made a change to the contact center branch in 2002. Here she got extensive experience in running both in house and facilitating call centers, both inbound and outbound. Until recently, Mirjam worked as Executive Vice President for the largest travel information group in the Netherlands, where she - amongst others - was responsible for Marketing, Product Innovation and the Call Center activities. |

André Posthuma has over 15 years experience in sales and sales management in the European IT market. With Catalyst Group, a network of freelance professionals, he advised IT and Telecom-companies on M&A-strategies succesfully. Prior to founding his own company CrossTrade International, André held several international management positions at Aberdeen Group, including VP of Business Development Europe. He was country manager at Meta Group, and has worked for Tandem/Compaq, Supernova, Inc. and Cyco Automatisering. André has a background in economics in the Netherlands, and has been trained in both Europe and the US. He is fluent in Dutch & English and has a good working knowledge of German. |

After high school (VWO) in Haren (GN), Nard went to study in Amsterdam, media and communication sciences, and then entered the music world. After his studies he obtained NIMA A &B certificates, later supplemented with partial certificates for digital marketing, SEO and all other relevant matters. In the past 25 years he has devised and/or executed marketing campaigns for various companies and in various industries. Sometimes specific marketing wishes of large companies such as ProRail (Betuweroute), IBM, SAP, Commodore and EMI, and sometimes the total planning and execution of marketing for startups such as IXGlobal and DJ Power.

Job Andreoli: Member Advisory Board Business Model Innovation & Consultancy
After his studies in Business Administration at RSM/Erasmus university (Rotterdam) and at the Asian Institute of Management (Manila), Job has been a strategy & transformation consultant for 10 years at EY and Capgemini and also set-up the advisory group strategy & innovation at Atos Origin. Job then turned to the SME market, utilizing his extensive skills to help companies drive growth in their business and gain momentum. Besides he started teaching at the Nyenrode New Business School and joined Nyenrode Business University as senior lecturer and PhD candidate in Entrepreneurial Finance. Most recently, Job co-edited the book ‘Entrepreneurial Finance: the Art & Science of Growing Ventures’, reflecting European business practices of funding startups and scaleups. The book involves professors and practitioners from leading European institutions (such as ESADE, IMD, Imperial College, INSEAD, Vlerick resp. EIF and Startup Europe, to name a few) and is published by Cambridge University Press. Next to his academic engagements, he leads the Nyenrode Incubator in Amsterdam. On a personal note, he is married to an American and his son graduated in biomedical engineering at Duke (NC). |
