ICEPAY, aanbieder van betaaloplossingen voor online bedrijven (webshops), heeft een financiering van Euro 2,6 miljoen opgehaald ten behoeve van internationale uitbreiding waarvan de focus op Europa is gericht. Global presence, local service

Activiteiten Bram’s Paris overgedragen aan PMH Jeans

Amersfoort, 11 januari 2012 – BPC-Amersfoort heeft op 3 januari alle activiteiten van jeansmerk Bram's Paris overgedragen aan PMH Jeans BV. Bram's Paris, waaronder de merken B-Basic, B-Functional en B-Casual vallen, verkoopt per jaar tussen de 1 à 1,5 miljoen spijkerbroeken via zo'n 1.700 afzetpunten in Nederland, Duitsland en België.

PMH Jeans is in handen van Peter Heerlien, voormalig eigenaar van BPC-Amersfoort, en meerderheidsaandeelhouder Hans Sleeuwenhoek, tevens eigenaar van investeringsmaatschappij GreyRoad Ventures. Samen met Finance Manager Henri Arink vormen zij de directie van PMH Jeans. De oprichter van Bram's Paris, Melle Heerlien, blijft als voorzitter van de Raad van Advies betrokken bij de organisatie.

De overdracht is een vervolg op de overeenkomst van 2 augustus 2011, waarbij de meerderheid van aandelen van BPC-Amersfoort werd overgedragen aan Varova Investments te Utrecht. De afsplitsing van Bram's Paris vormde een onderdeel van deze transactie, waarbij afspraken gemaakt zijn over het overdragen van de 23 medewerkers, de activiteiten en de merken van Bram's Paris.

Demon Baits is de door Cor en Els Jamin geleide Nederlandse distributeur van het volledige assortiment “fishing baits” artikelen dat onder de naam “Demon Baits” wereldwijd door de in de UK gevestigde onderneming Blue Lagoon Carp Baits Inc. wordt verkocht. Demon Baits verkreeg de exclusieve rechten voor de Benelux hiervoor in 2009. Dankzij de deelname van GreyRoad Ventures heeft Demon Baits inmiddels alle activa van Blue Lagoon Carp Baits Inc. overgenomen en wordt momenteel de productie naar Nederland verhuist waar op dit moment een nieuwe productie site wordt opgebouwd.

Alkmaar, 28 maart 2011 - Na ruim drie jaar succesvol te hebben samengewerkt nemen de huidige drie directeuren en mede-eigenaren van Tritel en Greyroad Ventures afscheid van elkaar. "Tritel heeft bewezen op eigen benen te kunnen staan", aldus Hans Sleeuwenhoek, directeur van Greyroad Ventures. Het Telecom bedrijf maakte sinds de oprichting in 2007 een snelle groei door en steeg van een omzet van € 125.000 euro in 2007 naar een omzet van bijna € 3.000.000 in 2010. GreyRoad Acquires Molecular Metallurgy, Inc

San Diego, California - 17 January 2011 –GreyRoad Ventures B.V. (GreyRoad) proudly announces the purchase of all assets of Molecular Metallurgy, Inc. (MMI) including its medical division Ion Fusion Surgical. The new company will continue its daily business activities under its new name, “Coating Services Group LLC” – (CSG).

MMI was a privately held service coating company with its plant and offices at Lakeview, California. MMI was a recognized leader in the area of specialty coatings holding several patents for medical devices, coating technologies and consumer products. Through its medical division, Ion Fusion Surgical, MMI sold patented medical devices using its proprietary technologies. MMI had provided products and services to several Fortune 500 companies. The Coating Services Group will continue to service all of MMI’s customers.
