GreyRoad buys Totem Investment Partners LLC

San Diego, 6 October 2010 – GreyRoad Ventures B.V. (GreyRoad) proudly announces the purchase of Totem Investment Partners LLC – (TIP), a San Diego based Venture Capital company.

About Totem Investment Partners
LLC Totem Investment Partners LLC, a privately held Venture Capital company that currently carries a (in) direct interest in a portfolio of several IT companies. Ted Roth, Chief Operating Officer of TIP LLC will continue his involvement with the Company. As of today the company will continue its business under the name GreyRoad Capital LLC.
